Since 1976, Hotel Aram has been welcoming guests into the embrace of a genuine Victorian-era heritage building in the heart of Jamnagar. What began as a family-run establishment has grown into Gujarat's most celebrated heritage hotel, earning recognition from Gujarat Tourism, TripAdvisor, and the World Health Organization.
A Victorian Legacy in the Heart of Saurashtra
Hotel Aram occupies the historic Nand Nivas building on Pandit Nehru Marg, a Victorian-era structure adorned with original Burmese teak wood carvings that tell the story of Jamnagar's princely past. When the doors first opened in 1976, the founding family envisioned a hotel that would honour this architectural heritage while offering warm, personalised Indian hospitality.
Over five decades, that vision has blossomed into a hospitality landmark. Today, Hotel Aram features heritage rooms and suites that blend period charm with modern comforts, three distinct dining experiences including the iconic 360 Rooftop Restaurant, and state-of-the-art conference and banquet facilities that have earned Gujarat Tourism's Best MICE Venue award.
Our commitment to pure vegetarian cuisine, sourced from fresh local ingredients, has made our kitchens a destination in their own right. The Gujarat Tourism Department has recognised our restaurants for culinary excellence, and our Gujarati thali remains one of the most sought-after dining experiences in the Saurashtra region.
