Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hotel Aram website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability
  • A valid identification document is required at check-in
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night's charge may apply
  • No-shows: Full booking amount may be charged
  • Specific cancellation terms may apply for group bookings and special events

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Hotel Aram reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises in case of disruptive behaviour, damage to property, or violation of hotel policies.

Property and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in rooms or public areas
  • Valuables should be stored in the in-room electronic safe or deposited at the front desk

Dining and Restaurant

  • Hotel Aram is a pure vegetarian establishment
  • Restaurant hours are subject to change
  • Reservations are recommended for the 360 Rooftop Restaurant
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in hotel restaurants

Events and Banquet

  • Event bookings require advance payment as per the agreed schedule
  • Cancellation charges for events vary based on notice period and event size
  • The hotel reserves the right to reassign venues of equivalent capacity if necessary

Governing Law
